Sandhill Vanessa Vineyard Cabernet/Merlot 2012

A meaty, burlap, mulberry, plum, smoke, violet and bacon nose. The palate is medium bodied, has lots of crisp acidity and ripe tannin and a mix of red and black fruit. There is dried black olive, dried savoury herbs, some meat, leather, mixed berry and some mineral, charcoal notes with a long finish. Excellent value and should age well. Score - 89.
