Sander Pinot Blanc Trocken 2013

Well-articulated notes of fresh apple, orchard blossom, green pear and mineral on the nose. The palate is lively and crisp and shows considerable elegance. Nice minerality and a touch of lemon zest and a saline/maritime quality. A crisp, apple- and pear-toned finish. A good choice for grilled pork or mussels. (VINTAGES panel, March 2015)
