You can almost taste the blue slate of this vineyard in this wine, a minerality with the cool blueish clarity of ice. It feels young and unformed, the fruit green plum and lemon pith, the acidity angular. Give it another six months to a year, and then take a bottle to your favorite Japanese restaurant. Score - 90.
