This Cabernet Sauvignon includes 10% Merlot, which brings a cherried softness to Cab's black-currant flavors. It's a tremendous wine, made in the cult style of exceptional richness, but with complexity. The southerly Yountville terroir brings brisk acidity and dense tannins.
