Buil & Giné Pleret 2006

Packed with dried cherry and spice notes, this Priorat has begun to reach maturity, but has yet to reach its peak. There's still plenty of energy, acidity and freshness, and powerful fruit flavors that pulse with vibrancy. The best vintage of Pleret to date, this wine benefits from Buil & Giné's oldest plantings of garnacha and cariñena (over 40 years), blended with cabernet, merlot and syrah. Score - 95.
