Penedo Borges Reserva Chardonnay 2012

Chardonnay has taken to Argentina in a big way - the grape has flourished in all wine regions. The high-altitude vineyards of Mendoza allow for the development of fresh, bright and crisp examples with excellent acidity. This one has a creamy texture and well-applied oak framing the tropical fruit flavours. A good choice for grilled chicken or pork chops. (VINTAGES panel, March 2014)
