The 2012 continues the progression towards a fresher vibrant less oaky chardonnay. Limited malolactic and only 40% barrel maturation has delivered one of the best vintages yet. Expect lively pure aromas of apple and pineapple fruit with a hint of oak spice and soft floral lemon. It is midweight and elegant with a fine balance and excellent length. Try with sauteed seafood.
