Di Prisco Taurasi 2005

We were convinced that it was merely a matter of time, and in fact Taurasi '05 has earned Pasqualino his first Three Glasses. It is a reward for his constancy but above all for a splendid wine, aged in barrels of different sizes and ages, that is illuminated by citrus and floral hints and veined with earthy, austere minerality.
