Vieil Armand Médaille Riesling 2010

Taut, vivaciously bright Riesling with notions of apple, pear, lime and orchard blossoms plus a gentle minerality. Not showy, it speaks with an understated elegance that builds to a modest crescendo on the finish. This could cellar 5+ years, but it's drinking beautifully now with lake fish or calamari.
