A restrained, cool and agreeably airy nose features ever-so-mildly exotic dried yellow fruit aromas along with subtle wood toast notes. There is an equally restrained mouth feel to the intense and lightly mineral-inflected medium weight flavors that possess excellent depth on the persistent and moderately austere finish.
