This white wine is an unconventional blend of Pinot Noir (with no skin contact during winemaking, much like Blanc de Noirs Champagne) plus Muscat, Feteasc? Regal?, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. It serves up aromas of apple orchard, yellow plum, yellow cherry and buttery toast, with tropical pineapple and guava joining on the palate. Nice, creamy texture.
