Pannon Dominium Tokaji Aszúeszencia 2006

Essezencia is the ultimate dessert wine of Hungary - a sweet nectar that shows amazing poise for a wine of such concentration. It's almost vapour-like on the palate - the essence (if you will) of this late harvested grape wherein the sweetness and acid take a backseat to the intense dried apricot, honey, orange zest flavours.
