The 2011 Cabernet Merlot has a nose rich in ripe red fruit with a powerful undercurrent of darker red fruit. Very nice. Juicy and quite complex with a good tannic grip. Enjoy with roast lamb, or with pork loin. (VINTAGES panel, Aug. 2013)
