An opaque purple red with aromas of blackberry, dark chocolate and smokey black cherry with some well integrated oak spice. The palate is very juicy with mouthwatering lemony acidity and fine mature tannin for balance. Good to very good length. Tightly wound. Needs an hour or two in a decanter, best to cellar for a couple of years. Best 2016 to 2020. Tasted May 2015.
