Pyrenees Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon 2010

Good crimson-purple; the bouquet is a very complex mix of mocha, cassis and regional mint, the textured and layered palate has a superabundance of predominantly red fruits and French oak, the tannins ripe, but still partly submerged.
