Domaine Ehrhart Rosenberg Gewurztraminer 2011

Aromas of lychee fruit, sweet pineapple, apricot and roses. Just a smidge off-dry, with substantial fruit echoes complemented by additional touches of dried pear and linden blossoms. Good length to the spicy finish. Pair with lightly spiced Indian cuisine, such as an apricot chicken curry. (VINTAGES panel, Aug. 2012)
