Burning Kiln Cureman's Chard Chardonnay 2011

For a winery known for appassimento style wines it's nice to see they can also do well with the 'fresh fruit' versions too. This Chardonnay has lovely lemon and apple notes with a hint of peach. The finish delivers up a nice spiciness with good acidity backing it all up. Score - 3 1/2+ stars out of 5. (Michael Pinkus, ontariowinereview.com, May 6, 2014)
