Breggo Pinot Noir 2012

Deep red. Dark berries, cola and smoky herbs on the pungent nose and palate. Bitter cherry and rose pastille flavors are braced by tangy acidity, which adds focus and cut. Then fleshier on the palate, featuring a bitter cherry quality and dusty, fine-grained tannins that creep up slowly. Nicely structured for an entry-level bottling, with no easy sweetness. Score - 89.
