Tscharke Marananga Gnadenfrei Shiraz 2011

Deep garnet in color, the 2011 Marananga Gnadenfrei Vineyard Shiraz opens with a nose of ripe blackberries, black cherries and black raspberries with hints of roses, pepper and thyme. Full-bodied and packed with layers of blackberry, baking spice and earthy flavors, it has an excellent foundation of medium to firm, grainy tannins and refreshing acid. It finishes long.
