La Marca Prosecco

[...], a delicious prosecco that you can sip on its own to take to the table. There's plenty of fruit here, and the flavours hold well from start to finish, with plenty of definition and complexity. The acidity shows through well, adding clean brightness to the texture, there are plenty of fine bubbles, and the mousse has both substance and softeness. It's a glass of pleasure.
