Armagnac de Montal Hors d'Âge

Armagnac is too often overshadowed by cognac, and it's well worth delving into (again, if necessary). This is a fine example, with deep complexity in the flavours and a smooth, verging-on-viscous texture that doesn't detract a whit from its freshness and soft bite.
