A killer value, the 2012 Zinfandel Reserve (96% Zinfandel and 4% Petite Sirah that achieved 14.6% alcohol) was aged in a combination of French and American oak. It possesses excellent density as well as lots of peppery, briery, meaty fruit, a full-bodied mouthfeel and a soft, round finish. It is a classic Zinfandel to enjoy over the next 2-3 years.
