Fatalone Primitivo 2009

In 1987, Fatalone became the first producer to produce DOC Gioia del Colle Primitivo as a single variety. The 2009 has dark and smoky fruit on the nose with herbal and leather accents. Cherry, plum and mulberry notes in the mouth. Versatile and nicely weighted with a smooth and easygoing texture. (VINTAGES panel, Jan. 2014)
