Georges Duboeuf Domaine Mont Chavy Morgon 2013

The 2013 Morgon Domaine Mont Chavy comes from the 18-hectare vineyard in Les Charmes and Corcelette and comes under the Jean Claude Debeaune label. It has an attractive bouquet of macerated dark cherries, cassis and iodine that is well-defined and exuberant. The palate is medium-bodied with rounded tannins, good acidity and grip with quite a powerful, black currant and mineral finish. This is very fine. Drink 2015-2024. Score - 90.
