La Célestière La Croze Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2009

A traditionally made 100% Grenache cuvee that comes from the lieu-dit La Croze and is aged in concrete for a year, the 2009 La Celestiere Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cuvée La Croze delivers classical aromas of black cherries and darker styled fruits to go with herb, licorice, and garrigue. This is followed by a medium+ bodied, structured wine that has a beautiful texture, good concentration, and plenty of ripe, fine tannin on the finish.
