The 2006 Tocs is a blend of 35% Garnacha, 30% Syrah, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 5% Merlot aged for 16 months in 80% new French oak. Purple-colored with an expressive aromatic array of tar, scorched earth, espresso, black cherry, and blueberry, on the palate it is full-bodied, dense, rich, and structured.
