Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard Bougros Chablis Grand Cru 2011

A restrained nose of primarily green fruit also displays hints of quinine, mineral reduction and saline scents. There is excellent size, weight and power to the solidly well-concentrated medium weight plus flavors that are robust but not rustic, all wrapped in a moderately complex though impressively persistent finish.
