Eradus Sauvignon Blanc 2014

The fruit jumps out at you in this assertive sauvignon, all pungent, rich, and eager to grab your taste buds. There's a core of sweetness, and very good layering, and the supporting acidity is bright and vibrant but not at all over the top. So it's in the bigger style of Marlborough's sauvignon offerings, but it's well structured and balanced, easy-drinking, and remarkably versatile with food. Score - 4 1/2 out of 5 Stars.
