The 2011 Roulette Blanc has an attractive bouquet of dried honey and frangipane, a slight petrol note that emerges with time. The palate is smooth and harmonious with intense notes of lime, mango, guava and a touch of lanolin. It is packed to the rafters with flavor and yet retains admirable poise on the finish.
