The 2010 Proprietary Red O.P.C. (50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Malbec, 20% Syrah and 8% Merlot) possesses a dense ruby/purple color and a sweet nose of vanillin, charcoal, lead pencil shavings, and lots of black currant jam. This fleshy, seductive, round, juicy 2010 is meant to be consumed in its first 5-7 years of life, although it may last even longer. It is realistically priced for a wine of this quality. Score - 92.
