Jip Jip Rocks Shiraz/Cabernet 2013

(55% shiraz and 45% cabernet sauvignon): Inky ruby. Smoky blackberry and cassis aromas are complicated by suggestions of mocha and black olive. Bitter cherry and dark berry flavors are lifted by tangy acidity, showing good depth and building spiciness. Slowly gains sweetness on the finish, which is framed by gentle tannins. Score - 89.
