Fresh, vibrant and lively, this exemplary cool-climate Cab Franc offers intriguing aromas of cherry, raspberry, spices and fresh herbs. Tangy acidity brings suggestions of sour cherry and cranberry on the palate, which is underscored with a mineral component. Light tannins give gentle structure on the finish.
