Sierra Nevada Pale Ale

Medium golden amber colour with moderately thick head; aromas of sweet roasted malt, biscuit, floral hops, citrus/grapefuit, with notes of pine resin, apple fruit and spice; dryish, medium bodied, smooth and creamy palate, moderate carbonation, flavours of light toasted malt, caramel, grapefruit rind, notes of chamomile tea, biscuit and tropical fruit; a crisp, lingering, pleasantly balanced bitterness on the finish.
