Bundeena Bay Vineyard Series Sauvignon Blanc

The nose has lovely steely and passionfruit character, with a little bit of grassiness. The palate is very fresh and crisp, however it is open and approachable. Citrus and herbaceous characters fill out the flavour profile, with zesty acids adding length and structure.
