Alvear Solera 1927 Pedro Ximenez Montilla Mor

This wine is a deep amber/brown colour; intense aromas of dried figs, raisins, butterscotch and chocolate; lusciously sweet, rich and full-bodied, with a viscous texture and medium acidity which balances the sweetness; dried fruit, walnut and treacle flavours carry through to a very long finish.
