Clear pale yellow green colour; aromas of gooseberry, lemon-lime, with notes of honeysuckle, grapefruit and tropical fruit; dry, medium bodied, crisp acid, flavours of lemon-lime, snowpea, gooseberry, papaya and mango, with notes of cut grass, grapefruit and fresh herb.
