Dillon's Gin 22 Unfiltered

This un-filtered spirit shows subtle haze in the glass; on the nose, balsamic and piney, with notes of lime zest, cinnamon, nutmeg and pepper; a soft and smooth mouthfeel, which frames balsam and pine flavours and spicy cinnamon and lime zest notes; the finish is long and complex.
