Bright pale lemon colour; aromas of yellow apple, spice citrus/orange, with floral notes and hints of pineapple; dry, light to medium bodied, moderate but balanced acidity, flavours of sweet tree fruit, citrus and pear compote, with appealing tropical fruit notes on the finish.
