Medium amber colour; forward aromas of marmalade, cedar, fresh fruit, vanilla custard and spice with floral, nutty, peppery notes; off-dry, medium bodied, quite robust and intense on the palate, with concentrated flavours of cooked cereal, orange zest, honey and vanilla with sherry, cooked fruit and wood spice tones; finish is warming and peppery.
